The founders of Insight Rooms have been working in social research for the last dozen years, including using virtually every available social research tool to uncover insights on behalf of clients. Inevitably, the use of machine intelligence tools left us with interesting trending metrics but little to no deep or actionable insights.

Ultimately, we needed a tool in which we could isolate relevant sample sets of the total conversation pool and then add deeper context ourselves. So we built it!
