Ed Dilworth

CEO

As the founder and CEO of Insight Rooms, Ed drives strategic focus and is responsible for growing and serving the customer base. On behalf of media, agency and corporate clients, Ed has over 20 years experience throughout the digital and social space studying customer behavior and creating solutions to serve customer needs. As early as gaining “social” analytics from forum data in 1996 as part of his company Rockpile Interactive, to launching a social and digital practice in 2004 for the agency Campbell-Ewald in his role as Chief Contact Officer, Ed has wide experience creating and evolving tools to audit social and digital conversations for government agency, entertainment, consumer-products, and considered-purchase clients.

Megan O’Connor

Product

Insight Rooms is able to translate conversations into consumer insights by relying on a proprietary product that separates consumer conversations, allows deep analysis, and creates quantitative, full-population-representative metrics. Megan drives the goals and capability of the Insight Rooms product by understanding and translating client research goals and analyst research processes into product features that allow for efficient, effective analysis and impactful quantitative reporting.

Noah Larsen

UX Strategy & Design

As the Director of UX Strategy and Design, Noah is responsible for the experiences analysts and clients have as they interact with the Insight Rooms product and company website. From the typeface and buttons to the flow of multi-layered analysis tasks, Noah masks the complexity of the product with a seamless and intuitive front end. Noah has over 15 years experience in digital design and user experience, having spent time at two universities, a smattering of agency and a couple stints of running his own shop. He has a passion for making things easy to use and perty… just like his mug.
